Insightful change strategy
We produce meaningful change, promote innovation and apply an effective approach to change within an organisation through a combination of workplace observations and workplace surveys. We gather quantitative and qualitative data about the organisation’s physical space, processes, cultural and behavioural attitudes towards their work.
This data is pivotal in providing a current snapshot of the workplace. In parallel, we develop visioning and concept proposals (consistent with RIBA stage 2) which maps out the future of the organisation’s environment. This enables the client to envisage what their new spaces will look like and the numerous benefits of this change. This engagement stage is conducted by a senior workplace designer (RIBA stages 3 and 4) and the client team to actively participate in the change process. This process identifies the possibilities of new ways of working and defines the parameters of the workplace transformation. Our change strategy embraces diversity and understands the varying needs of clients throughout the design process.
Design and planning
At Bluevoice we validate our concept designs and space planning stages in parallel with our research and data. This stage represents developing and presenting change strategy (RIBA stage 3 and 4) through the design and planning of spaces.
This maximises personal space, providing areas for concentration and privacy with shared solutions for team collaboration and the creation of neighbourhoods to foster agile working. This requires a balance of lighting, acoustic safety, furniture layout, visual variation, and collaboration within the available floor plans. The final design report is a complete go-to reference document comprising of a detailed project brief, specifications, budgets and area layouts.
Sustainability and partnerships
We are a company committed to the circular economy and the principles of sustainable manufacturing. Investing in sustainable products and upcycling demonstrates a very clear message about the values of our organisation. We are delighted to have partnered with those global brands that have invested in a circular approach to manufacturing. Interface, a global flooring and fabric brand, has undergone a monumental supply chain transformation resulting in environmental and social benefits to global communities.
