International School of Kuala Lumpur

The International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) has become known as a centre of excellence in the world of international education. Responsible for the learning journey of more than 1,800 students aged 3-18 years from more than 65 countries at its state-of-the-art campus in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. ISKL has a strong focus on service and sustainability across its divisions and is a member of the Eco–Schools organisation and the Green Schools Alliance. Bluevoice, with international architectural practice HOK, developed an internal masterplan and specification methodology. This ambitious 60,000 m2 campus features spaces that can evolve over time and furniture that reflects the school ethos of sustainability. This was reflected in our procurement process of networking with both local established businesses and our International supply chain.
